How do I feel after 3 weeks?

It’s been about 3 weeks now since I started training and I have to say I’m shocked at how much I’m enjoying it.

I’m not enjoying it enough to do it more than twice a week at this point but I’m starting to want to do more and see better/faster results.  I actually feel like I’m going to get the weight off this time so I’m pretty happy about that.  This time feels very different than the other times.

The thing I’m scared of most is after my training sessions are done and I have to go back to relying on myself.  I’m afraid I won’t stick to it.

Training Session #6

Stability Ball Squat with Bicep Curl:

  • 1 x 25 5lb dumbells
  • 2 x 18 5lb dumbells

Pushups:

  • 1 x 10
  • 2 x 12

Walking Lunges:

  • 3 Times Down & Back

Row Machine:

  • 2 x 30 60lbs

Deadlift:

  • 1 x 25 5lb dumbells

Medicine Ball Roll & Toss (digging):

  • 2 x 15 5lb ball

Shoulder Press on Stability Ball:

  • 1 x 30 5lb barbells
  • 2 x 20 5lb barbells

Alternating Supermans:

  • 2 x 10

Squat with Medicine Ball Twist:

  • 2 x 8 each way

Stability Ball Bench Press:

  • 2 x 25 30lbs

Lateral Lunges:

  • 1 x 10 each
  • 2 x 12 each

Row Machine:

  • 2 x 30 (15 each way) 60lbs

Deadlift:

  • 1 x 25 20lbs
  • 2 x 18 20lbs

Russian Twists:

  • 2 x 12

Shoulder Press:

  • 1 x 30 5lbs
  • 2 x 25 8lbs

Crunches:

  • 2 x 20

Stability Ball V Crunch (legs and arms make a V):

  • 2 x 8

Alternating Superman:

  • 2 x 10

  • 1 serving of Rice Cracker Chips

Lunch:

  • 2 pieces of whole wheat bread

  • 1 serving of deli turkey
  • mustard
  • 1 low fat cheese stick
  • banana

Snack:
