It’s been about 3 weeks now since I started training and I have to say I’m shocked at how much I’m enjoying it.
I’m not enjoying it enough to do it more than twice a week at this point but I’m starting to want to do more and see better/faster results. I actually feel like I’m going to get the weight off this time so I’m pretty happy about that. This time feels very different than the other times.
The thing I’m scared of most is after my training sessions are done and I have to go back to relying on myself. I’m afraid I won’t stick to it.
